‘Our Polling Is Different’: Kari Lake Snubs Arizona Polls Predicting Her Defeat in Favor Of AI-Enhanced Metrics

Arizona Senate hopeful Kari Lake is rejecting mainstream polling that places her well behind Democratic opponent Rep. Ruben Gallego and citing “internal” AI-enhanced metrics to make her case.

In a bid to energize her base and prove skeptics wrong, Lake insists her AI-driven polling data reveals a vastly different race than the one captured by traditional polls, including one from Fox News that shows her being defeated in a landslide.

Speaking to Politico about her chances she said: “My internal polling looks good. We’re ahead of my opponent, and I feel comfortable with our polling.”

Pressed for more on her “internal polling” she added: “Our polling is a little different. We take polling, but we also combine it with AI, which reads all of what’s happening on social media and across the Internet.”

The data, reportedly collected through an unnamed AI system tracking trends on social media and other online platforms, paints a picture of her leading rather than lagging behind.

Her team’s use of AI reflects a growing trend among some political campaigns, leveraging technology to offer what they argue is a more dynamic and immediate read on voter sentiment.

Despite her claims, most established polls continue to show Lake trailing. Gallego, benefiting from a diverse coalition of moderates, Latinos, and younger voters, maintains a comfortable lead in a seat that was once a possible win for Republicans.

For Lake, however, this unconventional approach is exactly what she believes sets her apart in the race.
