WHOA! The View Stops Cold After Ana Navarro Seems to Call Out Meghan McCain for Influence Peddling Like Hunter Biden

A ghost from View episodes past made an appearance on Thursday’s episode of the ABC show — even though she wasn’t mentioned by name.

While discussing the case against impeaching President Joe Biden because of his unproven ties to his son Hunter Biden’s shady business deals, the conversation turned to actual wrongdoing on the part of the president’s son. Specifically, the show called him out for influence peddling — or using his last name to gain favor with others. Co-host Ana Navarro argued a great many people do that in D.C. and beyond:

Look, did Hunter Biden influence-peddle on his last name? Yes, he did. So did half of Washington. People sitting at this table did it!

That stopped the conversation dead in its tracks and caused a rare moment of silence at the table. Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin then quietly asked: “Who at this table peddled on their last name?”

To which Navarro responded: “I’m not talking about currently.”

Which got a MOMENT out of co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Whoopi Goldberg because they knew exactly who Navarro was talking about: former co-host Meghan McCain, daughter of the late Sen. John McCain.
