‘You Gay Guys Stick Together’: Anthony Weiner Snubs George Santos Call For Harris-Buttigieg ‘Woke’ Ticket

Former Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner snubbed former Republican congressman George Santos’ suggestion that Biden administration Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg be the running mate of the party’s presumptive nominee Kamala Harris.

The disgraced former lawmakers sat down for an absurd meeting of minds on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday night to discuss President Joe Biden’s recent withdrawal from the presidential race and his endorsement of Vice President Harris as the new candidate.

Starting out by slamming Biden, Weiner said: “Every poll that you’ve reported said both guys are seen as too old and a lot of people hated both people. Well, now one of them is out and now we just have one old demented dude in.”

Host Piers Morgan asked the pair who they thought Harris should pick as her potential vice president.

MORGAN: Who should she choose as her VP? Who would be the smart?

WEINER: Some white guy. Let’s get a quota hire in, some white guy.

MORGAN: Who would be the smart play?

WEINER: I don’t know. Probably a governor, Waltz or Shapiro, one of those guys. So we have to put a Senate race in play.

MORGAN [to SANTOS]: What do you think?

SANTOS: Oh, I think she should go for Buttigieg. It’d be the great woke squared ticket.

WEINER: You gay guys stick together.

SANTOS: Oh, absolutely.

WEINER: He’s been good.

SANTOS: Absolutely.

WEINER: He’s been good.

Morgan then pivoted to Santos’ comment about the choice being a “woke square ticket.”

MORGAN: What was interesting about her speech yesterday, which was quite impressive, I thought, is that she didn’t really go very woke. I mean, she really stuck to what are going to be the big attack lines.

WEINER: What does woke mean? What does that even mean?

MORGAN: It means, well… I can tell you what it means in modern day, what it used to mean.

WEINER: No, tell me what it means now. When you just used it, what do you mean?

MORGAN: I think woke is an all-encompassing mindset, Elon Musk has called it the ‘woke mindset virus’, where you basically virtue signal over facts, you play the victim, you try and cancel anyone that doesn’t agree with you.

WEINER: What’s an example?

MORGAN: Anything you like.

WEINER: That’s not an answer. You use the expression, you know what it means. Woke to me means awake: ‘You guys are woke.’ You want to beat up transgender people. You want to burn books…

SANTOS: No. We want pornographic books out of schools. We want men out of girls toilets.

WEINER: By the way, DeSantis’ campaign all about woke was rejected by the Republican Party and the Democratic Party.
