Charlamagne Advises Dems to Be More Like ‘Whole Fools Market’ Marjorie Taylor Greene: ‘Authentic’ as Waffle House at 3 A.M.
Charlamagne tha God recommended Democrats learn a thing or two from Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), a politician he called as “authentic” as a Waffle House at 3 a.m.
Charlamagne hosted The Daily Show on Wednesday and ridiculed Democrats over their “messaging,” arguing something like abortion “should be a winning issue,” but one that Democrats are losing due to messaging. They need to learn to “talk like real people,” the Breakfast Club host said.
“The problem they have is their messaging, or to say it plainer, it’s how they talk. Nobody wants to hear the normal political voice anymore,” Charlamagne argued.
He then played a montage of Democrats, including President Joe Biden, speaking on abortion, most stumbling over their words, and then cut to Donald Trump and Marjorie Taylor Greene using some basic language to voice their displeasure with Washington D.C.
“There were riots burning down the fucking country over George Floyd… and I’m really sick and tired of the bullshit antics I have to deal with constantly,” Greene said in her clip from the Capital.
Charlamagne told Democrats to take notes.
“You see that? You see that? Congress could pay off the whole deficit by giving Marjorie Taylor Greene a swear jar!” he said. “And yes, I know Marjorie Taylor Greene is a whole fools market, but that’s authentic. That’s real America. That’s what a Waffle House sounds like at 3:00 am. Okay?”
The radio host at one point pulled up a clip of Hillary Clinton speaking in public and argued she speaks differently behind the scenes, even declaring she says “motherfucker” in a way that “rivals” Samuel L. Jackson.
“She’s a real human. I know you won’t believe this, but she can say a great motherfucker. Yes! I’ve heard it!” he said.
The “message” Republicans are selling, Charlamagne argued, is “terrible,” but it’s also “clear.”
“When [Trump] says, build the wall, lock her up, I hate sharks, no one goes, I wonder what he means?” Charlamagne said. “Folks appreciate when someone sounds authentic even if their ideas are terrible, but with Democrats, even when they talk about the good things they’ve done, it sounds fake.”
