‘A Dead Puppy’: Dave Jolly Bashes Nikki Haley With Noem Over ‘Dangerous’ Trump Decision On MSNBC

Former Republican Dave Jolly told MSNBC host Katie Phang that there is really no difference between former Republican primary candidate Nikki Haley and Republican Gov. Kristi Noem – other than “a dead puppy.”

On Saturday’s The Katie Phang Show on MSNBC, critic of Republicans and conservatives Jolly joined Phang to discuss Haley not endorsing Trump, but saying she will vote for Trump over President Joe Biden.

Jolly said that Haley was given too much credit in the past for bashing Trump, saying that “clearly, these were convictions that she held out of convenience on during the primary.

“There is no difference now between Nikki Haley and Kevin McCarthy and Ted Cruz and Mitch McConnell and Kristi Noem and go down the list,” he said. “She’s one of them. There is no difference between her and MAGA.”

He then referenced speaking with MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace earlier in the week, saying he “joked” with her that, “the only difference between them, between Nikki Haley and Kristi Noem is dead puppy, because we need to start associating her with the MAGA movement.”

The crass remark was not delivered like a joke, and he followed it by saying “what she did is dangerous” in reference to her saying she’s voting for Trump instead of Biden, “with all of the accomplishments” the liberal host had attributed to Biden in her previous segment.

As they moved to the next subject, Phang unabashedly used Trump’s insulting nickname for Sen. Marco Rubio, as MSNBC hosts frequently do.
