Trump Now Quote Retweet Trolling ‘Comrade’ Kamala Harris on X/Twitter

Former president and current Republican nominee Donald Trump aggressively stepped up his social media effort on Sunday, returning to X/Twitter with several new messages – including some that were not also posted on his own Truth Social.

The Republican’s campaign is about to shift into overdrive – “Think Trump on steroids” as one adviser put it to CNN – and it seems clear that his stepped-up social media is part of that new “all hands on deck” sprint to the finish.

That effort now includes not only active X/Twitter presence from the ex-president, but trolling his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, possibly in the hopes of her response or attention.

In a Sunday night message on the platform formerly known as Twitter, Harris wrote, “As President, I will never waver in defense of America’s security and ideals, because in the enduring struggle between democracy and tyranny, I know where I stand—and I know where the United States belongs.”

Trump quote tweeted that post with a campaign video attacking Harris as a failed “border czar.”

That share came after earlier posts in which he attacked “Comrade Kamala” on multiple other campaign issues and said if she’s elected she will “take us into a Nuclear World War III!”

Harris, for her part, had not at the time of this post tagged, retweeted, or in any way acknowledged Trump’s return to the platform or his direct trolling of her account.
