Tim Walz Rips Trump Over Recent Comments: ‘Women Are Going To Vote Whether He Likes It Or Not!’

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) slammed former President Donald Trump for claiming he will be the protector of women whether they “like it or not.”

During a campaign rally on Wednesday evening, Trump described himself as a “protector” of women who would defend them “whether the women like it or not” if he regains the White House this November.

Speaking to supporters in Detroit on Friday, Walz roasted Trump for vowing to put Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a prominent role in his administration to oversee public health. The vice presidential nominee then claimed that women will turn out to vote against the former president “whether he likes it or not.”

Yesterday, Donald Trump said he would put RFK Jr in charge of women’s health. Now, the other night. This might make you feel better, I guess. Donald Trump said that if you’re a woman, he will be your protector. And then he added, I’m going to do it whether the women like it or not. Which is pretty much how he’s lived his whole life on everything he’s done, what we’re seeing, what he’s done. Women are showing up in emergency rooms are being denied care.

They’re having miscarriages in parking lots. And who else are going to do that? Those women are going to show up. They’re going to vote Tuesday whether he likes it or not!
